This Privacy Notice explains how the STHS Interact Club (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the STHS Interact Management Portal.

- Authentication details (username, temporary password, and verification status)
- Usage information such as login activity
2. How We Use Your Information
- Authenticating and managing your account
- Providing access to club resources, attendance, and membership management
- Ensuring security and compliance of the portal
3. Data Protection
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Your password is never visible to us. For additional protection, two-factor authentication (2FA) is mandatory.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law or when necessary to provide authentication services (e.g., through Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator).
5. Your Responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials private and secure
- Comply with all service confidentiality policies related to the portal
- Log out and close your browser after each session
- Use updated and secure browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
